Track 2: Multi-structure Segmentation

Track 2 is the core analysis task. It evaluates segmentation of FDI-numbered teeth, dental implants and maxillary sinuses in artifact-affected dental CBCT volumes.

FDI teeth segmentation provides an anatomical map for orthodontic treatment planning, root canal therapy and digital charting. Dental implant segmentation supports postoperative assessment, monitoring peri-implant bone levels, and planning revision or adjacent implant surgery. Maxillary sinus segmentation supports safe posterior maxillary implant placement by accurately delineating sinus boundaries to avoid perforation.

DSC and HD95 are reported as independent dimensions. HD95 is used as the primary winner criterion because boundary fidelity is especially important in metal artifact blooming regions, while DSC is used as the tiebreaker.

The Track 2 leaderboard and winners will be announced after the final evaluation phase is complete.
